Verify that the

driver is now listed.

If the

driver does not appear in the pkginfo

listing, turn to Troubleshooting on page 5-9.

Modify the New System File

Display the contents of the

adst21

file by typing the following

and pressing Enter:

For UnixWare 2.1x:

cat /etc/conf/sdevice.d/adst21

For UnixWare 7.1:

cat /etc/conf/sdevice.d/adst70

If your computer is to boot from a device connected to a

Ultra160 Family host adapter, verify that the line $static is

present immediately below the line $version 2.

If your computer is not to boot from the host adapter SCSI bus,

and you wish to leave the driver as a loadable module, edit

and verify that the line $static is not present directly below the

line $version 2.
